Fresh Air

I was driving the other day and inspiration struck! I was looking at an old air freshener hanging from my rear view mirror, I keep it there because it is cute but truth be told it lost all its smell good a long time ago and I haven’t been able to find another one so I decided I would make my own.

What you need:

  • felt
  • potpourri
  • ribbon

Approx. Cost: $3

What I did:

  1. Pick the size you want your freshener to be
  2. Make a pocket to stuff the potpourri in
  3. Glue down the sides and put the ribbon at the top

Have fun with it! You can get felt with designs on it at any craft store or you can do like me and draw your own. You can get an array of colors in the felt and ribbon. Or you can go the extra mile and get the scissors that cut designs and use them!
