Hey hey! Today I’m doing a restaurant review. I had Sunday brunch at The Obstinate Daughter in Sullivan’s Island, SC.
The Obstinate Daughter is a great little spot for amazing, eclectic food, awesome decor, and friendly, warm staff! They offer lunch, dinner, and brunch. They have fun items like cinnamon buns and seafood to pasta and pizza! They have food specials and awesome drinks as well.
I stopped in for brunch. I had the cinnamon bun which was huge and topped with pecans, the italian stallion pizza which was 11 inches of yummy goodness. It had just the right about of sauce, italian sausage and meatballs, topped with arugula. I washed it all down with a signature cocktail.
Of course there is a nice historic story that goes with the theme of the restaurant (check out their website). They take reservations as well and I definitely suggest making a reservation this spot is popular and for good reason!
Live near by, planning a trip, or just stopping through, The Obstinate Daughter should definitely be on the itinerary!
